1. NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Waikato Rowing Association Annual General Meeting of its members will be held on Wednesday, 25 August 2021 at Hamilton Rowing Club, Grantham Street, Hamilton commencing at 7.30pm.
2. AGM DELEGATES
Call for AGM membership delegates – two delegates per club. Please advise Secretary by Friday, 6 August 2021 hello@rowingwaikato.co.nz

3. MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS
The following appointed committee members or officers are due to retire having completed;
Amanda Puddle (CRC) (3 of 3 years, 1st term) – retiring
Peter Fraser (CRC) – (3 of 3 years, 1st term) – seeks re-election
Current committee members having completed:
Peter Yeoman (HRC)- President (2 of 3 years, 2nd term)(1 year as President)
Catherine Stapleton (CRC) – (2 of 3 years, 2nd term)
Marion Reader (HauRC) – (1 of 3 years, 1st term) - retiring
Julie Dillon – Secretary (appointed by committee)

4. CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Nominations for the Officers and for the Management Committee must be received by the Secretary 21 days before the Annual General Meeting and the Secretary shall circulate the nominations to all Member Clubs. Should there be insufficient nominations received, then nominations may be accepted from the floor provided that;
The person nominated is present and agreeable to the nomination.
Such acceptance of the nominations has been received by the Secretary in writing or is carried by the nominating member.
